Why $499/mo for the Founding Monthly?
That rate is locked in for the first five roofing companies and stays locked as long as you're a client. It's lower than what we'll charge once founding closes — no upfront, no 12-month lock. Month-to-month from day one. We need a few founding contractors to help us build, not lock them in.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. LeadTruffle charges $299. We don't. Setup is our job — we wire the AccuLynx or JobNimbus integration, configure the system, and hand you a live pilot in 3–5 days.
What about per-lead or per-call charges?
Flat monthly. No per-lead, per-call, per-SMS, or storm-surge surcharges. The whole point is you stop losing leads during storm season — that's when our pricing should NOT spike.
What does 'pay-per-show' mean on Reactivation?
On the Pro tier, the Reactivation Agent costs $350 only when a homeowner actually shows up to an appointment we revived from your dormant CRM. If they no-show, you don't pay. Risk stays on us.
