Privacy Policy

Plain-English template — not legal advice. Have a licensed attorney review and adapt this for your business before relying on it. TCPA and state SMS rules carry real penalties ($500–$1,500 per text) and change often.
Lead Revival Co (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs a 24/7 call-answering and lead-follow-up service for roofing companies. This policy explains what information we collect from roofing contractors who hire us, and from the homeowners those contractors serve, and what we do with it.
1. Information We Collect
From contractors (our clients): name, business name, email, phone, service area, CRM details, billing information, and anything you tell us while we build your Rules List.
From homeowners (your customers): when we answer a call or text on your behalf, we process the phone number, name, address, and the content of the conversation (the reason they called, damage details, scheduling) so we can do the job you hired us for.
Automatically: basic website analytics and server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) when you visit leadrevivals.com.
2. How We Use Information
- To answer calls and texts, qualify leads, and book jobs for the contractor who hired us.
- To draft replies, which a real person on our team reviews before anything is sent.
- To sync booked jobs and conversation history into your CRM (AccuLynx, JobNimbus, etc.).
- To bill you, support you, and send you service updates.
- To improve our own service quality and tune your scripts.
3. SMS & Call Data
Text messages and call records we handle on your behalf are processed only to deliver the service. We honor STOP/opt-out requests, respect quiet hours, and follow the consent rules described in our SMS & Messaging Policy.
We do not use the contents of homeowner conversations to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not share them outside the contractor they belong to.
4. We Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — yours or your homeowners’ — to anyone, ever. Full stop.
5. Who We Share It With (Sub-Processors)
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run the service. They only get the data needed to do their part, and they’re bound by their own privacy and security terms:
- Twilio — sends and receives the calls and texts.
- Anthropic (Claude) — drafts reply text, which our team reviews before sending. Anthropic does not train on data sent through its business API.
- AccuLynx / JobNimbus — your CRM, where we log booked jobs and conversations.
- Hosting & infrastructure — the servers and databases that run the platform.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.
6. Homeowner Data Belongs to the Contractor
The homeowner data we process on your behalf is your confidential business data. We act as your service provider, not the owner of those leads. If you leave, that data goes with you and we delete our working copies on request.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep contractor account data for as long as you’re a client, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting needs. Conversation and lead data is retained per your agreement; on termination we delete or return it on request, except where law requires us to keep records.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data and your homeowners’ data as if it were our own.
9. Your Choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. Homeowners can reply STOP to any text to opt out of messaging immediately. Email us to make any request.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify active clients directly.
